We are looking for quality valeters to look after our existing business and develop there own within a franchise style operation.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Male or Female
Age over 24
Physically fit.
Full UK Drivers Licence.
Well organised, literate and numeric.
The ideal person will have a background in the motor trade combined with sales and previous customer focused job roles.
The ideal mobile car valeter for MAX WAX will have bags of enthusiasm for car valeting and a passion for cars in general.
Someone always seeking to learn and improve, you need to be self motivated, resilient, ambitious and hard working.
The ability to bring on new business is essential for growth of your own customer base, developing good relationships and building trust will be key to your success.

FULL TRAINING:
This depends on your current ability usually someone coming to us with a couple of years experience will only require two or three weeks training. Which is provided free of charge.

THE REWARDS
Self employed, Paid weekly.
Earn 30% of all provided turnover (valets) £600 – £1300 per week.
Earn Up to %80 of all self generated turnover (valets) and upgrades (on valets)
